Since you have been invited by one of our university team members, your creative works are pre-approved and can be published directly on our website.
Works which are loosely linked or somehow in dialog with our participating artists, writers, museum directors/collections, or creative thinkers, should be noted in your submission so that we can share your work with those parties.
We respect your privacy.

FAQ
WHERE WILL MY CREATIVE WORK(S) APPEAR?
Pieces will be published on our website alongside our interviews with notable creative thinkers in the arts and sciences. To submit audio for the podcast, you must also complete the form (1) sending us your name, email, title, and brief bio.
Selected creative works may be chosen to excerpted or shown as part of the projection elements of the traveling exhibition. You can also Publish Your Creative Works on our instagram @creativeprocesspodcast via Invite Collaborator.
We periodically share creative responses with our participating artists and creative thinkers.

If you’re not sure, just type the area of the arts or sciences or theme at the top of your submission
e.g. VISUAL ART, WRITING, FILM, MUSIC, DANCE, PHYSICS, FEMINISM, THE ENVIRONMENT, SOCIAL JUSTICE…
and our curators will pair it with an appropriate artist or thinker in that field.
WHAT ARE THE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES? WHAT KIND OF PIECES IS THE CREATIVE PROCESS LOOKING FOR?
We always say submit what you feel is your best or most representative work.
We don’t have recommended word counts or length of submissions for video, music, or A/V submissions. Videos should be public on YouTube or Vimeo in order to be shared.
Maximum 5 images for visual art.
Multiple submissions are allowed.
Let us know if your piece has been previously published so that we can credit that publication.
IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN INVITE TO SUBMIT TO THIS PAGE, THAT MEANS WE’RE LOOKING FORWARD TO RECEIVING YOUR CREATIVE WORKS.
Invites are sent by our collaborating curators and readers at participating universities and schools. If you have been sent an invite it’s because they are familiar with your work and have nominated you for The Creative Process. At this time, we don’t have staff available to answer further queries regarding submissions.
